Return & Refund Policy

At Pal Diesel Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in diesel fuel injection systems, turbochargers, injectors, pumps, and related automotive components. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The wrong product has been delivered.
The product arrives damaged during shipping.
You receive a defective product.
The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that have been installed or used.
Electrical or electronic components once opened.
Customized or special-order products.
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Products without original packaging.
Items returned after the return period.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support.
Share your Order ID.
Provide photos or videos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).
Wait for return approval.
Ship the approved product to our return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.

If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will coordinate the refund process.

Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.

If the product is unavailable, a full refund will be offered.

Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns due to customer error (ordering the wrong item), return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
